One of the things I gladly do in daily life is making a connection between Business and ICT, as business consultant, organizational architect and process advisor. Major success factors are two-way interaction between people from the Business and ICT world, and the application of the Agile body of thought. |

| At Sogeti Nederland BV, Eddy Huisman is responsible for Technical Project management. Many projects require project leaders and project managers who use their broad technical expertise to successfully finish their projects, within the given time and budget. Sogeti has provided these professionals with an exclusive position within the organization, with Agile as an essential leading edge within this area of expertise. With Agile still strongly evolving, Eddy decided to combine his work at Sogeti with a position as an ABC board member. This way he can help giving direction to Agile development in general, and Business Agility in particular. For more information, click here |

| Ir. Jeroen Venneman, principal consultant within Xebia, has since 1998 been actively involved in the consortium. Especially in the years after 2001, when the Agile Manifesto was drafted, the adoption of Agile methodologies rapidly increased. Meanwhile, there are many Agile project experiences. The new challenge for many organizations is to implement Agile at an Organization level. With this, Agile steps outside the ICT domain by connecting with the business (processes). Sharing knowledge and experience in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, management of change through the ACB community provides a platform for many organizations and a network that is supportive to the continuous improvements within these organizations. As an ACB board member Jeroen would like to contribute to this facilitation from the consortium. | ||
