One of the things I gladly do in daily life is making a connection between Business and ICT, as business consultant, organizational architect and process advisor. Major success factors are two-way interaction between people from the Business and ICT world, and the application of the Agile body of thought.
The Agile core values and principles are particularly valuable for the software development process, running on a more operational level, and also extremely important on a strategic and tactical level for each company.
It is my passion to advise and contribute to the progress of organizations, capable of adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances and appreciating their ability to learn. This way we are gradually moving towards an Agile organization.
As Board Member of the Agile Consortium I intend to fulfill an active role as advocate for a relatively new frame of mind, from curiosity to Agile methods and actual adaptable Business and ICT. Both in the Agile network community and in company boardrooms.

As coach, trainer and adviser, Patrick Verheij focuses on creating conscious behavior with people. In various roles, he has personally contributed to the establishment of IT processes and systems. In his work as a coach, Patrick mainly focuses on the capabilities and the motivation of people in organizations. Ir. Nathan Yousef started in the ICT in 1984. He has been working as a system engineer, designer and advisor on different areas of ICT and for several organizations (electronics industry, trade and financial organizations).
His main interest and greatest experience are in the fields of software technology, methods, quality control, process improvement (based, among others, on CMM, ITIL), process auditing/maturity assessment and recently enterprise architecture.

Nathan has been employed by ING since 1995. He has been closely involved with large-scale improvement processes, which lift the organization (back office) to a higher level, including monitoring in order to guarantee the quality at this level.
