Agile Consortium op de Stoos Stampede

Op 6 en 7 juli vond de Stoos Stampede plaats in De Rode Hoed in Amsterdam. Een dikke 100 mensen met een sterke drive om iets te veranderen in de manier waarop organisaties worden aangestuurd, hadden zich verzameld om elkaar twee dagen lang te inspireren rond het thema en het achterliggende probleem.

De deelnemers waren uitgenodigd zelf met voorstellen te komen voor sessies en activiteiten. De informele en open vorm van organiseren had als resultaat dat het programma bestond uit een uitgebreide keur aan hoogwaardige workshops, games en conversaties. De vrije ruimte rond de sessies werd volop benut om te netwerken, ideeën en ervaringen uit te wisselen en te lunchen. In de avonduren was het fenomeen "dinner with strangers" een mooie kans om nog meer mensen te leren kennen tijdens een maal in het hart van Amsterdam.

Het Agile Consortium was samen met Agile Holland en Management 3.0 van Jurgen Appelo vertegenwoordigd in de organisatie van het evenement. Het thema van Stoos is voor het Agile Consortium buitengewoon relevant vanwege de relatie met agility op organisatieniveau.
